keynote speaker at the 2022 LVR Workshop and generated a lot of

The National Center for Pavement Preservation (NCPP) was established by
Michigan State University and the Foundation for Pavement Preservation to
lead collaborative efforts among government, industry, and academia in
the advancement of pavement preservation.
The Bridge Engineering Center focuses on maintaining and improving
bridge infrastructure assets through new construction approaches, new
materials, better inspection approaches, better management philosophies,
and the development of bridge preservation techniques.
